This is for "S" and anyone else that may want to try it..she asked what Pistachio whip is...
Two boxes of instant pistachio pudding..Make according to the directions on the packages.
1 can (20 oz.) of crushed pineapple (drained)
mini marshmellows-around 3/4 of the bag or there abouts.
1 med.container of Cool whip.More if you like it. I buy a large and use what I like.
Mix all ingredients together and keep refrigerated.Covered.
This is the best I can do..I don't have exact measurements..I just throw stuff in until it looks like it has enough.LOL
This makes a good size amount.Enough for a family get together and then some.:) I make it in time for it to have a couple of hours to get cold in the refrigerator before I serve it.Let me know if you try it and like it. The grocery stores make this with cream cheese or something and I LOVE that..but don't have the recipe for it.If any of you do and wouldn't mind sharing it..I would be most grateful.:)
